SHIPPING METHODS

Collection:

This option is by appointment only. The date and time will be communicated via email or telephonically and once finalized the address and directions will be emailed to you

Personal Delivery:

Reptile Corner does personal deliveries as well. This is where we at Reptile Corner will personally deliver the order to you. The date and time will also be communicated via email or telephonically. The price will be determined with a GPS cost calculation and emailed through with the official invoice. We try and do group orders in an area to try and share the costs.

Dependent on order total and distance the order might qualify for a FREE delivery.

Post Office: There are two options available

Counter to Counter: This service usually takes 3 to 5 working day to all major centers. A quote will be sent with the official invoice.

Speed Services: This is usually the fastest and can be the cheapest option for products sent out of Johannesburg. It is usually overnight to all major centers. Please note this service will only be utilized Monday to Wednesday to ensure the product does not spend the weekend in process. A quote will be sent with the official invoice.

Courier Services: We usually use Time freight as the service provider.

If you are not satisfied with the service provider we use, please feel free to arrange your own courier service. We will communicate with them to ensure your parcel is collected as soon as possible.

Please note: Speed Services and courier companies work on a volumetric weight system. This system utilizes both the size and weight to work out the weight of the parcel. We will forward the measurements if required for your courier company to give you an appropriate quote
